Prejudice does get in the way of the truth. People come to conclusions to quickly and it's seen in the play Twelve Angry Men. All the jurors, except one, thought the defendant was guilty because of his history of knife fighting and all the other things he has done wrong. But on juror stood out from the rest and didn't automatically urge the defendant. They later found that he is not guilty. If all of those jurors came to conclusions to quickly they would've put an innocent man in jail.
