One determined and skilled individual can wield a lot of influence. In the play Twelve Angry Men this proved to be very true. At first, all of the jurors were completely sure that that the boy was guilty without a reasonable doubt. There was one man though who did not believe this and stood on his own slowly changing the jurors minds. He was able to prove facts inaccurate and save the boy from a life in prison for something he most likely may not have done, all because of his determination to show the other side of the story.

I found what you said above to be very true. Without juror 8's persistence to find out what actually happened, this man would have been found guilty. Juror 8 decided to press on thought and was determined and did find out what happened eventually.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your ideas, I believe that juror 8 had great skills when it came to discovering the truth and his persistence was the main reason the defendant's case was actually looked at properly and not passes over because of prejudice. Juror 8 managed to convince the rest of the jury that the boy was innocent even after most of them were adamant that he was guilty.
